Mary Hobbs: The light of truth shines on Australia and the world

Even if you are a minority of one the truth is the truth. — Mahatma Gandhi.

In Australia last week, the power of true Justice pierced through the thunder-clouds of oppression and cast strong beams of sunlight over the country, when Dr William Bay won an historic landmark case in the Supreme Court on 13 December 2024, over the Medical Board of Australia (MBA) and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A short summary of the victory is here.

Since around 2020, doctors and medical staff have been gagged on what they were permitted to say to their patients. This destroyed the ability to give fully informed consent, not only in Australia, but also throughout the world, at a time when dangerous experimental jabs were forced on an unsuspecting public.

Brave doctors stood up and spoke out, despite being censured, ridiculed, suspended, stripped of their credentials and were forbidden to practice. They were forced to face Kangaroo Court tribunals on trumped up charges and subsequently fined crippling costs, that would have made the Inquisitions of yester-year proud. Medical Boards (or Medical Councils in some countries) were at the vanguard of this despicable treatment towards all doctors who steadfastly adhered to their Code of Conduct, insisting that their patients be given fully informed consent, including warnings of the side effects. They stood in front of their patients, protecting them, speaking out and telling the truth. They were in the minority.

Most medical staff chose to keep their heads down and so retained their credentials and income. Some even alleged the jabs weren’t harmful despite the mounting numbers of injured, maimed, and dead. The worst of them actively encouraged the giving of the experimental jabs that alter DNA and are full of unknown contents. They ignored and ridiculed patients who reported severe side-effects and told them it was “all in their heads”. The ultimate betrayal.

Brave New Zealand doctors and medical staff were among the first in the world to speak out and rapidly established NZDSOS.

Dr William Bay, a registered medical doctor in Australia, was one of the first who stood up in his country. He publicly spoke out against the experimental jab and said it harmed and killed. He acknowledged at the time that he would almost certainly be suspended, lose his income and it would put himself and his family in danger but he knew, within his heart, that it had to be done. His wife bravely stood with him.

William was unable to remain silent. He pleaded for other doctors, health professionals and all Australians to join him, as together they could halt the tyranny, but he found plenty of space in the vanguard, leading the charge.

The MBA and AHPRA took exception to Dr Bay (and other medical staff) trying to warn Australians about the dangers of the falsely named “vaccine”, as he had publicly spoken out against it at demonstrations and live-streamed several speeches. He founded the Queensland People’s Protest and arranged peaceful demonstrations in the State. Court papers state he had demonstrated, with others, against AHPRA outside their Queensland office. And in July 2022, he [courageously] spoke out at an Australian Medical Association (AMA) National Conference in July that was attended by 400 doctors where he told them to “Stop forcing these vaccines on the people of Australia who are getting killed by them.” He was reported to also have yelled at the Commonwealth Chief Medical Officer (CMO) that “Professor Paul Kelly is a liar and is gaslighting you.” In late 2023 he travelled to Bali and asked questions at an international conference for the International Association of Medical Regulators, a branch of the Federation of State Medical Boards. (An excellent interview with New Zealand’s courageous Dr Bruce Dooley exposes the collusion between the secretive 110-year-old “Federation” and Medical Boards – or Medical Councils – in countries around the world, and can be seen here.)

As Dr Bay explained, he was ignored when he conservatively communicated the dangers of the injection. He was constantly gas-lit, so he became louder and more flamboyant, getting his message across at events to some of the key people he was trying to wake up. As Dr Martin, the U.S. patent attorney stated when he described the Covid injection as a bio-weapon and the devastating consequences of unleashing it on populations throughout the world: “I am done being polite.” Dr Bay was, too.

Why? Because he cared enough and because he had enough love and compassion in his heart to do something about it. He was impassioned, yet peaceful in the delivery of his message.

Truth resides in every human heart, and one has to search for it there, and to be guided by truth as one sees it. But no one has a right to coerce others to act according to his own view of truth. — Mahatma Gandhi
“[Dr Bay’s] public commentary does not pose a serious risk to the community. He submits that rather, the concerns raised by him in his public commentary pose a serious risk to the community.[24] He submits that he is merely trying to warn the public of these ‘serious risks’, which he is obligated to do in compliance with the Board’s Code of Conduct … Dr Bay has referred to various sections of the Code of Conduct in attempt [sic] to demonstrate that his public commentary is compliant with his duties under the National Law and the Code of Conduct and, has provided information, including peer reviewed literature and references, in support of his submissions. Dr Bay acknowledges that his public commentary is inconsistent with the joint statement published by AHPRA and the National Boards on 9 March 2021, … however submits that the joint statement is ‘not law’.”

Judge Thomas Bradley was very clear in his judgment. He said that Dr Bay’s suspension was to be set aside, as AHPRA and the Board had acted with bias and did not afford Dr Bay procedural fairness.

“It might be difficult to characterise the conduct of the Board and AHPRA as anything less than profoundly unsatisfactory,” he said in a scorching refutation.

Justice Brady described the treatment of Dr Bay by the regulators as an “animus” and “combative approach”. He found them to have failed to show that Dr Bay had contravened any relevant legislation or guidelines. The Judge also noted (paragraph 132) that “The Board caused the litigation by making the decisions under review in circumstances of reasonably apprehended bias and without affording Dr Bay procedural fairness.” He concluded the Board and AHPRA “to pay all costs reasonably incurred by Dr Bay in connection with the proceeding.”

Dr Bay said outside the court that the Judge overturned his suspension as a medical doctor, overturned the investigations into him and the Judgment was a complete victory. He said he was speaking just outside the Supreme Court, near a place where he had held many protests for freedom of speech and informed consent (where patients must be informed of the disadvantages of any treatment). He said the Judge had “affirmed that freedom of speech was number one . . .The Judge has made freedom a legality in this country from this day henceforth.” Dr Bay reported that he affirmed the doctor is in control of the doctor/patient relationship and they had the right to speak out against the vaccine. He mentioned that this protected free speech and doctors, and all Australians, are permitted to voice their opinions without fear of censure. He wasted no time in doing that.

Dr Bay told Michael Gray-Griffiths of CafĂ© Locked Out, “The vaccines are shit mate. Absolute shit. They’re killers. They destroy people’s DNA and I’m telling you this now, Australia and the world, as a registered doctor . . . They are poisonous. They are bad for you. They are not good for you. They are harming your children. . . Everything you’ve heard has been there to deceive you. And I have been vindicated in Court today to let you know, the people of Australia, that you have been lied to by the medical regulator. . . APRA has lied to you and Justice Bradley in the Supreme Court of Queensland has declared me 100% correct. I have been unsuspended. My investigation has been set aside. The Tribunal has been set aside. Everything has been set aside in favour of the truth. God bless you Justice Bradley. God bless the Judiciary. God bless Australia. We have won!”

Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential, vital quality for those who seek to change a world that yields most painfully to change. — Robert F. Kennedy

Dr William Bay said he is again able to practice as a doctor and able to prescribe ivermectin, and other helpful remedies, as he sees fit. He said he is able to speak freely about the “vaccines”. He has won an enormous victory, not only for Queensland and Australia, but also for the world.

It is a sea change.

The tightening strangle-hold these medical boards, (known as medical councils in some countries), have had on courageous doctors for the past four years has been appalling. Dr William Bay had been suspended for two years and two months at the time of this Judgment — another Australian doctor and our NZ doctors and medical staff for even longer — and he was reduced to delivering uber-eats on a night shift in order to be able to pay for his living expenses. His long-held profession as a doctor had been wrested from him by APRA and the MBA. As the Judge pointed out, there were no complaints about Dr Bay as a doctor.

Why did this happen to him? Because he was unable to remain silent and told the truth. Because he tried to warn Australians of the dangers of the “vaccine”, and because he kept the Hippocratic Oath of First Do No Harm. Because he chose integrity, courage, and honour. And he will also tell you that it was because of the support of loyal Australians and, as a devout Christian, he said it was because he had Jesus Christ on his side guiding him, every step of the way. He said in his victory speech outside the court there was no way that he could have beaten this team of 10 lawyers by himself. He acknowledged this, his faith and God guiding him, saying that was all he needed to win— and the support of Australia and his loyal supporters.

The Judge, equally courageous, demonstrated true Justice. The world has been a stranger to that in the past four years. To see it in action on this Friday in December was incredible. (We had become such strangers to experiencing true justice over the past five years that we almost had to be re-introduced.)

The Judge noted the “apprehended bias” and the “denial of procedural fairness” and handed down a Judgment that was ethical, correct, unbiased and just. He awarded full costs to Dr Bay. On that Friday afternoon in Australia, the application of real justice, rightly, drove a dagger of truth into the black heart of evil. Justice was seen to be done. Justice stood with this doctor of courage.

Doctor William Bay and the Judge are giants among us. As are ALL of the doctors and brave medical staff, like our amazing NZDSOS, who have stood up incredibly strongly here, in New Zealand — and there are many others around the world —under enormous censure, ostracisation and oppression, many of whom have been unable to practice in their profession for years. From the beginning of this tyranny, they have not hesitated to stand by their Hippocratic Oath, the Nuremberg Code and the Bill of Rights. They have put themselves in front of their patients to protect them, while bravely speaking out publicly and calling those responsible to account, despite personal sacrifice and danger. They have challenged these authorities in New Zealand courts and justice has not been seen to be done. Quite the opposite. But last week in Australia, Justice Bradley enabled us to see just how incredible it is to experience true justice.

The Judgment included: Setting aside the suspension of the applicant’s registration as a medical doctor, backdated to 16 August 2022; the other investigations into Dr Bay were set aside from 16 August 2022; a Tribunal on Dr Bay was set aside; the costs of the proceeding were set aside. Dr Bay is awarded all reasonable costs. It is all listed in the Judgment which should be read as it is stated here. In short, I understand the Judge gathered all accusations against Dr Bay and tossed them out.

Dr Bay had appeared on his own behalf with three other respondents, one of whom is a King’s Counsel. There were ten lawyers representing the other side.

Late last Friday, I was preparing dinner when a text from a dear friend in Queensland came through with the great news of Dr Bay’s victory. There were tears of joy with our friends who had attended endless demonstrations and spoken out there, and here in NZ, too. After all this time, it really felt like a strong shaft of sunlight was definitely piercing through those dark clouds, breaking up the blackness and casting Australia in sunshine — with rays strong enough to bathe the world in its light.

This news is so good for the spirit of all who have stood up and spoken out over the past four years of immense challenge. Here in New Zealand recently many had almost lost hope of finding genuine justice. We have found it first in Australia and the ramifications of this will rapidly spread.

It is a great start. This genie will not go back in the bottle. All other Courts in the world will surely be exposed for the unjust decisions meted out to our doctors and medical staff, some of which are still before the witch-hunting New Zealand Medical Council (MCNZ) in this country. How can any lay-person look at the MCNZ and have any confidence in it when the four “lay” positions on the council are appointed by the government and one of the members is a lawyer who prepared the Pfizer contract for the government? How can a doctor possibly expect to obtain a just decision with that?

And when a decision has been made in a court, shouldn’t it be genuinely just? Shouldn’t one feel the correct decision has been made? Shouldn’t a just decision create a feeling of confidence and joy, in the knowledge that justice has been done? It felt that way with Judge Bradley’s decision last Friday.

Justice Bradley’s Judgment is beyond reproach. It is Just. One feels great relief in reading it. Truth shines through. Because of that, this decision will reverberate around the world and that shaft of sunlight that broke through the suppression in Australia will soon bathe the world in its warmth.

Each time a man stands up for an ideal or acts to improve the lot of others or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centres of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance. — R. F. Kennedy

At least Australians know whose surgery to avoid. I guess Doctor Bay would simply offer thoughts and prayers rather than real medicine. If you die it wil be because that's God's will. It would therefore seem Doctor Bay is a doctor of divinity, not medicine.

From the Otago Daily Times: "One of the complaints was that Dr Bay had posted a social media video claiming Covid-19 vaccines had killed his patient and harmed others.
Another complaint stated Dr Bay had attended an anti-vaccination protest outside the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) office in Brisbane in July 2022. A health professional filed a mandatory complaint that Dr Bay had interrupted an Australian Medical Association conference while live streaming video to the internet, yelling 'stop forcing these vaccines on the people of Australia who are getting killed by them'."
On what scientific basis did this fellow come to the conclusion so early that the vaccine was a killer? What were his data? What was his analytical technique?
I put it to you science had little or nothing to do with this joker's assertions.
I put it to you also that he was acting in a grossly unethical manner.
But.......
>"... as a devout Christian, he said it was because he had Jesus Christ on his side guiding him, every step of the way."
Oh, well, that makes it all right, then.

What about the 11,000 medical staff in NZ, who got themselves exempted from the vaccine , on condition they 'shut -up ' about this exemption ? What did they know we didn't know and weren't told.?There are now a large number of medical professionals , researchers and academics who are stating the same thing about the vaccine. Even whistle blowers who worked for Pfizer. , themselves have admitted they were flying the vaccine aeroplane while building it , six US States have class action court cases against Pfizer 's particularly not reporting the side effects of heart problems and severe pregnancy difficulties in women. The list goes on from those who profess no religious beliefs but have been prepared to stand up for the truth at enormous cost to themselves.

Gaynor, you'll have no argument from me about the Mickey Mousery surrounding that pandemic and that vaccine. But the main point I am making above is that the fellow at the centre of this case was not acting out of scientific or ethical motivation but for reasons of his very own and that throwing in a few religious mantras does not excuse that serious lapse,

We just don't know what this' fellow' based his conclusions on but having patients die and harmed wold be enough evidence for me to make decisions that would risk my livelihood. Maybe this would have been an educated guess that these events were very unusual in his practice. Maybe he also had a virologist acquaintance or read an article that questioned the safety of vaccines , so his decisions were supported by several sources based on science as well as anecdotal. We just don't know.

My decision to not be vaxxed was based on reports by Dr John Campbell who does medical research and my own personal anecdotal evidence. Incidentally I believe Christianity is an evidence based religion as John Lennox believes and writes books and articles on.

Barend Vlaardingerbroek said...

The case was actually about freedom of speech - the judge said he wasn't going anywhere near the vax debate itself . Initially, Bay was slammed for going publicly against prevailing professional opinion. His defence was that his freedom of expression as an individual overruled that limitation.
There is often a tension between the right of freedom of expression as an individual citizen and restrictions that may be imposed by one's career (see my article "Depriving teachers of their democratic rights as citizens," May 28 2017, NZCPR). On this occasion I believe Bay went too far by publicly attributing specific patient deaths to a vaccine which had been endorsed by his professional association. However, he won on appeal as the court found that there had been "bias and failure to afford fair process" on the part of the medical board that had censured him. This included not having informed him fully about all complaints against him. You could say he got off on a legal technicality. At any rate, science had nothing to do with these proceedings and cannot be appealed to by either side in the vaccine debate as furnishing support to their case.

"Christianity is an evidence based religion" says Gaynor. Boy, does he open himself up for comment. Copernicus and Galileo would have had good reason to challenge that assertion, to say nothing of anyone who recognises an oxymoron when they see one. Fortunately Christianity is a spent force today, but anti- vaxxers are a sub-set of faith-healers who continue promoting equally unverifiable assertions and superstition. Just like Christians used to really. So Gaynor and Dr Bay deserve each other. The rest of us have more important stuff to worry about like what's for dinner tonight.

Gaynor said...

Thank God for people who are prepared to stand up for a worthwhile cause employing civil disobedience , like Martin Luther King.
Copernicus and Galileo were both Christians as was the Catholic Church , in some respects at that time . In Galileo's case the argument was over a too literal translation of a psalm from the bible and the Church's adherence to Greek philosophy which maintained the earth did not move .

“On what scientific basis did this fellow come to the conclusion so early that the vaccine was a killer? What were his data? What was his analytical technique? I put it to you science had little or nothing to do with this joker's assertions.”

It does seem that this case was not about science or the safety of the vaccines. But Dr Bay’s statements that they were dangerous was sound.

It was around April 2021 that information came out of Israel that there was a myocarditis risk for young men. Rory Nairn died in November 2021 of myocarditis 12 days after receiving the Pfizer vaccine: https://www.rnz.co.nz/news/national/517304/rory-nairn-pharmacist-faulted-for-not-warning-of-myocarditis-risk-from-covid-19-vaccine.

In May 2021 I included this in a message to my daughter regarding the so-called vaccines: ‘The problems are blood clots, death, heart conditions, paralysis, blindness and so on.’

There was plenty of data indicating that these products were dangerous, from early on.

Barend Vlaardingerbroek said...

Dragonfly, there were indeed warnings flying around, but the issue is not whether there are risks associated with vaccines but how those compare with the risks of NOT vaccinating. That requires rigorous hypothesis testing using fastidiously acquired and collated data. This matter was far from settled in 2021 - if indeed it is now.

Gaynor said...

Pfizer is never going to be able to tell us whether having the vaccine was better than not having it since they (cunningly) vaccinated their control group- certainly not usual procedure in rigorous research. Specialists in veterinary science vaccinations , early on indicated the vaccine would interfere with and decrease natural immunity . Recent research in 'Nature Journal' indicates the same thing.

Gaynor helpfully observes that the Catholic Church was Christian, although he does seem to have a lingering doubt since that conclusion is qualified by being only ""in some respects". It remains indisputable however that the Catholic Church, like all religions, was very good at manufacturing its own realiity and enforcing compliance. I am the way and the truth and the light, all because a talking snake consigned humankind to burn in hell without the intervention of that Church. The power dynamic is quite familiar. Anyone like Copernicus and Galileo who who looked at the evidence and asserted otherwise was toast and had to be made an example of, whatever Gaynor may choose to accept was the error in their thinking. After all, original sin was directly tied to eating that apple from the tree of knowledge. Can't have the ordinary folk thinking too deeply. Poverty, chastity and obedience. That's all the Church requires. Who needs evidence.
