Insights From Social Media

One Country, Two Governments And Guess Who Doesn’t Need Your Vote - Steven Mark Gaskell.

Pita Tipene isn’t just campaigning for a council seat he’s campaigning for a country where democracy comes with an asterisk.

His message is crystal clear: Ngāpuhi never ceded sovereignty, so any settlement with the Crown must acknowledge that the rules don’t apply equally. It’s not about representation it’s about parallel governance, where one side demands recognition of full autonomy while still expecting a seat at the taxpayer-funded table. Call it sovereignty by declaration: no elections, no mandate, just historical grievance turned constitutional rewrite.

Imagine a New Zealand where this vision wins an "awarded society" where sovereignty is handed out by ancestry, not ballots. Councils become ceremonial; real power rests with unelected tribal authorities, answerable only to themselves. Resource consents? - Co-governed. Public funding? - Ring fenced. National identity? - Fractured.

In Tipene’s ideal future, the Crown signs the cheques but no longer calls the shots. And don’t worry about democracy it’s just a relic of colonial thinking, apparently.

Racial Division Thrives In Obscurity And Darkness - Rex Anderson

Power is okay, and stupidity is normally harmless.

Put stupidity & power together, mix in politics based around race.

You have a recipe for disaster!

This is happening at all levels of governance, national, local, and institutional.

We have "full-blown racists" as in Te Pati Maori, who are a danger to New Zealand and everyone here, including Maori!

Their rhetoric becomes more disturbing by the day, openly promoting violence, overthrowing the government, and Maori being the dominant race!

I have a deep and profound mistrust of all politicians.

Mayors around the country are trying to turn cities/towns into Marae.

They are being emboldened by leftard media, racial separatists in power, even our "so-called academia"

The frightening thing in all of this is.

Little to nothing is based on fact, historically or legally!

An example of a treaty settlement based on revisionist history to "right the wrongs.

Fact, it was Ngati Mutunga and Ngati Tama who went to the Chatham Islands, killed, enslaved and cannibalised the peaceful Moriori.

"Real "historians wrote that Moriori were spread along the beach and butchered like animals, men, women and children.

Ngati Mutunga settled a claim through the race-based Waitangi Tribunal, giving them part of the Chatham Islands and a large sum of money.

Do you not find this a tad bizarre?

Is this how the grievance system works?

Doesn't matter what your"ANCESTORS" did; you are liable for never-ending koha.

Another example, Tuhoe.

They never signed the treaty, but got a "treaty settlement"

As a bonus, Honest Johny Keys' right-hand man and Ngai Tahu "mole" Chris Whinlayson slipped in an extra "hand grenade"

Mana motuhake, self-determination or autonomy, self-governance!

I call that a "hand grenade" because sooner or later the pin is going to be pulled and "BOOM".

How much damage and change will that do to an already divided nation and social cohesion?

It's clear to even a blind man that this is a free-for-all.

An ongoing all-you-can-eat buffet on the New Zealand taxpayer.

Previous and present National and Labour governments, along with Maori, have decided everyone will get something regardless of who they killed, ate or where they did or did not originally come from.

Please don't tell me this is well researched; you do yourself an injustice.

Thanks to corrupt historians the treaty and Maori history doesn't even resemble what "really happened", especially the "TOW", every year it gets more and more bizarre. I can't wait to read nz history in about 10 years, how Maori came to NZ on Ngatahu built 876 aircraft fashioned from flax and bamboo and powered by "puha", a previous expedition had set up mana and money machines all around both islands so Maori could walk with pride and finances where ever they went, the only mistake they made was putting the fast-food outlet on the Chatham Islands, lucky for Moriori, well for a while anyway, you may laugh but look what's happened so far.

Wake up and smell the coffee.

A real world example - huge multi national company IKEA has been forced by Auckland Council to comply with Joanne Heperi demands that their new building has to comply with her Maori beliefs and culture.

Just stop rolling over for the sake of getting faster progress and push back.
