I do not see that that the word, or meaning, of "indigenous" even fits the Maori claims. Add to that is the fact that they were not even first people group here. Then it is all further confused by the fact that they have been happy to intermarry with other people groups, and they will be happy to take advantage of the 'living together laws' when it comes to property sharing. Human rights- is another factor, Just who has the rights, who has been doing the work, paying the bills, what sort of responsibility comes with any rights, can they even be determined, measured or alocated
