The English Language is over a thousand years old – and that - and the Great Global European Culture and Civilisation needs to be a cause for celebration and veneration - and we need to do what we can to protect and preserve the language and culture as it exists in New Zealand - from alteration and bastardisation by a contentious government bent on cultural modification.
Our English needs to be able to be understood anywhere in the world - and we need a People's Association that will represent that cultural philosophy.
English - spoken and written - is our language - and the culture and society we all live in is powered by - and made understandable by the English Language - that without a doubt is one of the most widely spoken languages on the planet - and did in fact emanate out of Great Britain - and our culture out of Greater Europe.
It did not come from anywhere else.
I want to invite all to join a yet to be formed ASSOCIATION of FRIENDS - who would like to take time to think about and consider - and to express their pride in - and take time to protect our Language and our Culture.
Take a moment to think about this:
ENGLISH LANGUAGE – GREAT BRITAIN - AND EUROPEAN CULTURE....
Take a moment to think about this:
ENGLISH LANGUAGE – GREAT BRITAIN - AND EUROPEAN CULTURE....
.....GREAT BRITAIN?
It was called that for a reason. It was the greatest global empire in the history of the world - and that British branch of the Great European Culture - did indeed colonise – and bring Civilisation – to New Zealand – and to most of Planet Earth - and the effects of that Global Empire and the global civilisation it spawned - are still felt in every corner of the Globe.
Oh yes it is!
The Great British and European language and culture - brought the gift of the Great Modern and Global Civilisation to every race and place on the planet.
........ Well – if it didn’t – tell us what or who did?
(Q) Do all those countries all use electricity – and drive cars – and use phones?
(A) Aaaah - Yes they all do.
Electricity – Radio - and the Internal Combustion Engine:-> All those things originated in the Great Global European Culture and Civilisation.
We need to begin taking pride in all that:
Yes – there were other civilisations and cultures of course – the most notable being China and Japan – and they were very advanced - but as you look at them today as they drive about in cars with the lights on and ringing each other up on their mobile phones - we can see they are more effected by the Great European Global Civilisation and Culture – than the global cultures are affected by them and theirs.
No - I'm not being rude – just being real.
All that is indisputable – and can be measured easily by the widespread (as in global) adoption and use of Electricity and Radio - and the Internal Combustion Engine.
They rule the world : Electricity – Radio – and the Internal Combustion Engine.
And they came from:-> (Europe)- Internal Combustion Engine: 1863, Belgian inventor Étienne Lenoir
The use of electricity:-> (Europe and the USA) Many people were aware of the invisible force of electricity and were experimenting with it – but in the 1850s Benjamin Franklin ( American) was famous for trying to electrocute himself with a kite and a key during an electrical storm.
In 1821 the Electric Motor was invented by Englishman Michael Faraday.
The Electric Light concept was known and the electric bulb was credited with being the invention of (American) Thomas Edison in 1879.

Radio: 1897 - (Europe – Italy) In May 1897 an Italian - Guglielmo Marconi – sent the first radio message over water.
Fifteen years later - on April 1912 – the Titanic sunk – and radio had already been developed to the point where the Titanic had a ship to shore radio and was broadcasting distress messages.
Yes – you know that. You’ve seen it in the movies. 1891 – the Movie camera was patented by Thomas Alva Edison in the USA.
All of this took place in Europe and the USA – and that was all as a result of European culture – and all that is undisputed fact – and right there in those few paragraphs is why European/English culture has led the world – and continues to lead the world – and we should show our pride in all that – ......!
.........with a European/English Cultural Association.
This is not a place for white supremacists to gather and storm. But it is a place for people to pay respects – and debate and understand the things of their amazing culture and their great English Language.
......... Think carefully! All that above is of course is a statement of fact – and it is also a fact - that if viewed and then measured - in the same way as Maori Culture and Language is by the proponents of all things Maori in New Zealand – these things are not just our cultural treasures – they are GLOBAL cultural treasures - and we should revere them - and know what they mean to us and to the world.
That is because on the platform of British culture and heritage – aided and abetted by the English language – all things that make our lives today livable and actually function – are without a doubt the European Cultural Treasures available to each and every inhabitant of New Zealand – and of course at least a hundred other countries.
They are the vehicle of almost all inter human knowledge and communication and fellowship and fraternisation in New Zealand – (and ALL around the world) and that fraternity can take us to any country in the world.
So - we need to stop acting coy – and taking all that for granted – and form an organisation to recognise and celebrate that fact.
I want to give that organisation a name – but what name can give sufficient gravitas to a thing so vitally important to the lives of each and every one of us.
A Name – we need a Name - !
Don’t be afraid – just think of what it will mean to learn and know more about your language and culture. Think about what it means to the future – and the far future.

Sign me up Denis and all of my family, plus most of my friends and neighbours. Totally sick of having my native language bastardised by an unwritten stone age language and my proud British and French heritage maligned and degraded by a bunch of woke racist zombies and all of their academic hangers-on. "who would like to take time to think about and consider - and to express their pride in - and take time to protect our Language and our Culture."
It sounds good. However I can't imagine it being very stimulating but imagination is not my strong suite.
Would it be a website with information about those inventions and backgrounds?
It should be part of our education material as it used to be.

How about the "Triple A Club"
