Garrick Tremain: First untruth

Here is Garrick Tremain's cartoon commentary on the first untruths by Hipkins!

Garrick Tremain is one of New Zealand's best known artists and political cartoonists. With a background in farming and advertising, he has a wonderful ability to capture in images exactly what people are thinking in a way that makes us laugh. You can see his more of his work on his website HERE.

The way they have conned and are conning the rest there is remarkable talent in the maori caucus.

Spot on...

Labour sees -and plays on - the inherent weaknesses which now dominate the current Kiwi character ( apathetic, fearful, insecure, compliant, state -dependent ....)

A push over for completing the He Puapua agenda (= these people can avoid direct bothersome involvement requiring basic mental analysis).

Curious why Traemain depicts Hipkins in pacifica attire. As he oversaw the ultra pro maori redirection in education a grass skirt would seem more appropriate.
