Bob Jones: The Budget

Back now in New Zealand and reading the despair-making budget details, I was staggered to see the government has allocated $34million of our taxes, to promoting bloody hakas. This was described as an “investment”.

The report quoted a Carl Ross, appointed as the CEO of the outfit being established to administer this exercise, asserting this taxpayer theft would “unite communities”, this nonsensical claim apparently being the “return” on our $34million “investment”.

Maybe I spend too much time abroad and don’t get out and about enough but certainly everyone I know, including all my maori friends, is hugely embarrassed by the spectacle of semi-naked, frequently obese males, lining up to bellow and prance about waving spears and poke their tongues out at people.

On that freedom, with spending other peoples money note I wonder how the Christchurch woman I wrote about some time ago, who was given almost a million dollars of our money to research whether spiders can count, is progressing. We’re all on tenterhooks waiting to find out.

This has to be the most fiscally irresponsible government in our history.

Well said Bob. This sort of madness comes straight out of Grant Robinson’s inner sanctum to financially damage NZ beyond repair. He spends like a drunken sailor on meaningless gestures as he and his best buddy Orr strive to bring NZ to its knees.

Dear Sir Bob Jones.

Once again, good Sir, a well defined article, to the point as usual.

One thing did concern me, was that due to a "lack of a decent newspaper in both Wellington and or across NZ that you took time to read the Budget"?

I thought that document was funded by the PIJF A/c as dispensed by the NZ On Air Group of Companies?

The other thing, NZ Kapa Haka, you forgot to mention, and my quote here is based on Rawiri Waititi (NZ Te Paati Maori) verbal statement to a TVNZ/News Reporter person, prior the last round of Kapa Haka, Auckland - that "It allowed Maori to voice frustration & anger at Government, thu the medium of Kapa Haka".

Now Sir, would you be willing to "sponsor us white fella's & shellia's to come together to learn a "Pakeha version of dancing/prancing and using the language of that presentation to -show frustration/anger/irritation/annoyance - at what our current Govt is doing".

Just leave your thoughts/response in the comment section, it would be appreciated - thank you.

P.S - are you aware that dear Dame Jacinda/ whilst PM "gave a large amount of taxpayer $$" to a Maori Gang to fund drug rehabilitation programs, for their "Clan". ?? Accountability for that spend.

I remain good Sir, ANON, of New Zealand.
