LGNZ do not believe in democracy.Worse, they support segregation, racism, and apartheid principles.
As election time approaches it will be interesting to see what advertising the msm accepts. Seems enormous scope for had hitting inserts by bodies and well heeled patriotic individuals. I can think of several themes. Afraid of creeping maori control? Has fear of cancellation kept you quiet? Now the confidential ballot is your chance. Vote out meddlesome obstructive maori wards. Stephen observes how maori members in select committees often ignored all the difficult stuff and concentrated just on high profile obstruction to boost mana. This is the huge disadvantage of significant maori input. Worst examples are the co governance situations (such as the Tupuna Maunga Authority whereby tweaking the colonists is a declared part of their intent. The maori faction, with the odd inevitable sympathiser/5th columnist, invariably carry the day). Council members have generally agreed to maori wards. But very few are sufficiently bold to criticise and hence guarantee cancellation (including by all msm and certainly RNZ) and total non cooperation from any local maori. With a secret public vote councillors will be spared the quandary.
