Many are very annoyed that the Police shirk what was until recently core business, yet fritter time and effort on supposed hate speech. I was recently involved in a minor assault involving $500 property damage and, separately but related, lost about $800 of goods stolen by the same person. Despite very reliable witness and written statements, the Police ducked and dived and have refused to take any action beside a chat with the glib culprit.. Although not directly stated, in their modern scheme of things trivial stuff not worth their time. (Depite their non action having clearly encouraged blatant ongoing contempt by the offending party).
If not of the master race Rawiri and accomplices would need to be very careful with their words.
