If there is no staged syllabus, few regular tests to assess progress, no failing, no punishment for absenteeism, then why not stay away? hopefully now co governance seems to be being down played down National will spend much of their election war chest drawing attention to the abyssmal decline of education under Hipkins. He also oversaw the lidicrous "histories" curriculum/pro maori propoganda exercise.
