The worms and borer are still entrenched in the mechanisms of government departments, few shown more grotesquely than in the advertisement published here. Getting rid of the dross - if it ever happens - will be a major challenge for the new coalition.

Correct, Alwyn.
We have two Government agencies that administer education. I worked as a researcher/statistician at one of them and interacted extensively with the other.

Dreadful bullying where I worked and reports of bullying at the other. My own efforts to address it have got nowhere, and in a few weeks I hope to publish a piece on this unacceptable behavior. Bunches of denials and ignoring of those who complain. Highly-remunerated jobs for those who play the game.

Managers and Team Leaders who have no relevant background, no tertiary qualifications in some cases, plagiarism, taking over the work of skilled staff, brutal performance management of good people out of work, including physical intimidation, lying about the person and excluding the person from meetings etc - and much more.

Time for a comprehensive review of our Government agencies in education. I could remain silent on this stuff but then nothing changes and I feel duty of care to report what I have seen. Too bad if they don't like what I am saying!

Two years back I published articles that are based largely on my observations in the education space:

Unclear whether this is a vacancy in a Māori specialist role or across mainstream schools. I wish they would make this clear for starters. Then what real world expertise are they looking for?

Another swamp in urgent need of clearing.

Govt departments are yet to realise that the PM (Post Maorification) era has dawned. That style of advert seems to have been standard for the public service for years. Little wonder all departments are completely infiltrated by trace maori/pro maori. Presumably a translation to plain English is provided in Maori Studies courses, from which applicants are clearly expected. I am sure Alwynn could translate but in his positon Cancellation is still an overwhelming threat. Little wonder teaching does not attract those objective focussed types able to pass on real knowledge. The clear message that they have to be and become bsorbed in matters maori and devote inordinate time and effort trying to make maori appear normally capable is enough to deter any positive objective person.

Bullying under various guises is the American business management theory. It has been going on for years now in one form or another. Jack Welch was a major and well known proponent. Because it favours compliant behaviour then bullies and bullying are justified. Any one not compliant is of no systemic value irrespective of what they skills they may have.

"Have yet to realize the post-Maorification era has dawned...."?

OR: This will not be accepted by the woke, CRT-infested public service.

Which is it?

Why has the MSM not been removed? Or the woke judiciary? Or the universities?

A few warnings have been issued as polite " letters of ministerial expectation". These may or may not bring results.

A stand off is imminent between these institutions and the Coalition. If the latter breaks down, the path to He Puapua is clear.

I would suggest any random sample of adults from the population would do better in running the MoE than the degenerates we have now.

They are less likely to be so hopelessly indoctrinated in all the nonsense our children are being subjected to.

It is not just the Maori and sexual agenda combined with revisionist history and crazy pseudo science but also the methods derived from constructivist ideology.

No normal citizen would have ever come up with such stupidity that causes devastating failure particularly in the basics.
