I feel so sorry for the small business owners who have to pay for this unproductive crap. Plus the extra one week sick leave so the freeloaders can scam it. Labour/Greens are destroying the incentive for new owners to start up. Kiwialan.
If they are or can convince as trace maori the two layabouts could slope off to the local highly subsidised marae and feed their faces with food paid for from a multitude of govt programmes, and/or from untaxed charitable trusts.
