Kōkā: Starring Your Tax Dollars And A Half-empty Hall”

Steven Mark Gaskell writes > Oh, wonderful yet another taxpayer-funded cinematic masterpiece destined to pack out... well, maybe half a community hall if they offer free snacks.

Kōkā, a film lovingly subsidised by the hardworking New Zealand public, brings you a heartfelt tale tied to Matariki that freshly minted “tradition” we’re all meant to pretend has been a public holiday since New Zealand was first spotted . Naturally, the project required buckets of government cash because, let’s be honest, who wouldn’t want to bankroll a road trip movie that combines self-discovery with star-gazing under the guise of cultural significance?

But hey, at least we can all take comfort knowing this cinematic gem will touch the hearts of at least dozens. The rest of the country can bask in the glow of knowing their tax dollars were well spent ensuring a handful of festival goers and arts reviewers have something to nod solemnly about over their oat milk lattes. And if you don’t get it? Clearly, you need to attend more “community screenings” and brush up on your appreciation for invented celebrations turned compulsory virtue signals.

Where to next?

And there is always a next

Racial separatism does not have a good track record.

It's been tried out for a long time in other countries, and you'd think by now we'd want to put an end to it?

Here in New Zealand, we embrace separatism;

It seems after every election, separatism is put under new management.

National campaigned on removing race-based policies, but like "every " other time National have been in government, just as Labour have done, they promote a racial ideology, superiority, privilege!

We are now seeing the results of decades of race-based governance under National and Labour.

New Zealand is a racist place towards anyone or anything not bowing to pressure from all things Maori;

It has to stop!

People who "allege" they are Maori are bearers of victim ideology, obsessed with the past and avoiding responsibility for the future, already making excuses and pointing the blame for their non-performance and blinding underachievement on us "New Zealanders"

This has been foisted on the NZ taxpayer by successive governments that have openly lied to voters about their intentions during campaigning

Do they expect us to thank them for pandering to Maori demands, fueling resentment and entitlement, increasing racism in New Zealand…For championing racist policies which have destroyed New Zealand’s democracy.

This will only get worse with the Maori elite looking for a controllable group and votes using false history and propaganda to give society a rising tide of resentment, principally from young Maori conditioned into believing they are victims of white supremacy”.

This will end badly.

When people get used to preferential treatment, equal treatment seems like discrimination

Victim ideology! - Rex Anderson

Maori elite/treaty troughers!

They are using their 'own people' to further their political and financial gain.

Trampling their hopes and inspirations into the ground, all the while blaming colonisation and their fellow Kiwis!

Those that relate to being Maori are being taught they are victims in an education system that openly promotes racial separatism!

A curriculum of divide and conquer, weaponising an education system to push victimisation and guilt in equal parts, but to different children based on their ancestors!

This is a small group who cares nothing for New Zealand or its people.

They are bearers of victim ideology, obsessed with the past, already putting into place policies and excuses to avoid any responsibility for the future.

Set up by previous and present National and Labour governments that work under the pretext that they govern for all, equally, and non-biased!

Thanks to them, National & Labour.

New Zealand has become a treasure trove for scroungers!

The "treaty of Waitangi" is like crystal meth to the Waitangi Tribunal, treaty troughers and all their "Klingons".

They couldn't get through a day without a "PULL ON THE PIPE OF THE TOW"

They are sucking this country dry and living off New Zealanders like parasites!
