Isn’t this because Starmer gave a job to a chap who had Epstein links and the public revolted and now they are having their say by going for a guy who has links to Palantir?
These are not the good guys.
If an undergraduate student had given me this report for an assignment, I would have slapped a big 'F' all over it. You don't just toss a barrage of figures at your readers, you should discuss them - point out trends, clarify terms that your readers may not be familiar with (e.g., what's 'Plaid Cymru?), and explain the conclusions you have drawn.
What a couple of superficial, negative responses to the "FACTS". The reason for the results is obvious to anyone who cares to follow the progressive (intentional label) demise of the United Kingdom. The Brits are totally fed up with the current lefttard idiots in power and have expressed their anger. Just as we in New Zealand should come November.
Something touched a nerve there Vic? Slurs don’t help you get your point across. There was a great eloquent chap up in the comments yesterday called David (not Farrier, presumably) he was great and had some really well reasoned stuff. Not like this article. Let’s keep it above the line and show the world just how great BV is.
Plaid Cymru is welsh for Welsh Party. It wants to have Wales gain independence from England and is a center left party.
Perhaps you should offer your services as co-writer for David Farrar, Anon 850. He provides the data and you supply the discussion.
To "Anonymous" at May 14; 3:26 PM: Do you have difficulty understanding the point I was making? I dislike these so-called academics who pounce on a simple article full of facts and turn it into some kind of discussion about how to write articles. You included.
Facts in isolation are not very informative unless the reader is prepped up on the issue at hand and is conversant with the rules pertaining to the interpretation of numerical data. Breaking Views seeks to inform readers from a wide variety of backgrounds about a wide variety of issues. How 'facts' are presented is an important aspect of the effectiveness of BV.
