Electricity. Groceries. National Super unsustainable. What is ACT doing about any of that?
"Water done well", what a joke. No accountability and some non-expert mana whenua in for a free-ride for good measure. The introduction of hugely expensive water meters down the track won't improve things either. Rather than improve services, they'll just stifle demand by billing more. What's the bet - a country blessed with water will end up being one of the more expensive places to use it on the planet?
Why should any particular race have to be consulted ?
Luxon, fix this properly, not this half arsed pitiful attempt to disguise Nationals version of Three Waters.
