Last night we heard the decision of the High Court Judge in the baby W case, who ruled that the state should enforce a transfusion from the national blood bank in defiance of the wishes of the parents. He declined to allow an obvious and simple work around of donated unvaccinated blood. In so doing, he was ruling on a scientific matter, but was his ruling scientific?

To qualify as science, a theory must accurately describe a large class of observations or measurements on the basis of a model or set of rules which is simple and plausible. Crucially it must make definite and accurate predictions about the results of future measurements. If its predictions fail to agree with measurement, the theory should be adjusted or in some cases it might need to be abandoned and a new theory sought.

Paul Fenyves, a primary care physician in New York City who specializes in internal medicine, seems to have learned this lesson. Fenyves, a primary care doctor at Weill Cornell Medicine, recently admitted he was wrong to support vaccine mandates.

“I was initially supportive of Covid vaccine mandates in the Fall of 2021. At the time, I was told that Covid vaccines don’t only protect the individual receiving the vaccine, but they also benefit the community by reducing spread of the virus,” Fenyves wrote on the Substack Sensible Medicine.

Stuff news ran an article on 8 June entitled “Classes cancelled: Staff absences ‘through the roof’ at schools due to illness surge.”

In it, Principal Liz Weir said in part “if you’ve got 240 kids away you don’t need your full complement of teachers. This term the kids are back but it’s the teachers that are getting sick really regularly.”

Cashmere High School Principal Joe Eccleton commented that “It’s not ideal but when you have such large staff absences it’s almost impossible to keep the school going.  A couple of Fridays ago we had 29 staff away on the Friday, only seven with Covid, so there’s a whole range of other illnesses that are around the school community at the moment”

Guy Hatchard: Covid Vaccination Injury Gag Orders Are Denying the Public Informed Consent

We are just now becoming more aware of gag orders affecting reporting of adverse effects following vaccination.

Apparently, hospital administrators are keen to avoid any publicity that might suggest an increased incidence of cardiac events and other common Covid vaccine side effects.

Their motivations for this are unclear, but we have previously noted a lack of New Zealand data for specific conditions. I have received a number of anecdotal reports from hospital staff and patients around the country concerning high rates of hospitalisation and death attributable to vaccine injury.

The New Zealand government relies upon a science body known as Te Punaha Matatini (Centre for Science in Society) whose work is funded directly by the office of the Prime Minister and cabinet.

Today, Te Punaha Matatini published a 21 page document entitled “The Murmuration of Information Disorders” (see attached release from the Science Media Centre) designating those opposed to the government’s pandemic policies as violent right wing insurrectionists planning the weaponised storming of parliament and the execution of public servants, academics, journalists, politicians, and healthcare workers.

An utterly false characterisation worthy of the worst excesses of historical propaganda.
