Happy Christmas NZCPR and all contributors and readers who write such excellent pieces and comments(for the most part). Let's keep the western Christmas traditions going, in a few years they could be a distant memory judging by overseas trends.

I'm with you Janine - truly grateful for NZCPR - Muriel et al - which site I access every day - You deserve a break folks, but I'll be waiting for 2026! Whether practising Christian or not, people of good will - must ! prevail in this naughty world. Good sense is sometimes hard to find - but you got it!\
Love, E

BV a refuge for sanity and common sense in this age of nonsense.
All the best for 2026 and a successful year for democracy here in NZ and around the world.
