Water is the essence of life and in New Zealand we are fortunate to have an abundance of water. All living things on our planet need water to survive. In our modern society, water plays a vital role in things like comfort, hygiene, transport, science and even mythology.

Have you noticed how rarely any co-governance
discussion mentions or analyses the veto element of this issue?
Certainly, recent articles have focused attention on the co-governance model advanced by the Labour Party, the Maori Caucus and their numerous Critical Race Theory-trained supporters. The common agenda of this group is to replace New Zealand’s democracy by a system of governance based on equity and ethnicity.

The Crown’s claim to sovereignty in this country is built on myth and assumption, not on the rule of law!
So said Dr Claire Charters, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Auckland and author of the He Puapua report.
The originating document of Maori activists’ quest for Maori sovereignty by 2040 is the Matike Mai Report of 2016.
