Garrick Tremain: Ram raiders and raiders

It is probably viewd as a form of training for future public roles. In the Auckland Council climate change document huge emphasis was placed on involving rangatahi (implying maori), presumably not because they have better ideas than adults (or other young persons, including super IQ Asians)) but as a training ground for future deployment in govt funded organisations..
