Despite the FBI’s speedy and methodical sharing of evidence that shouted Robinson’s ideology – happily the Feds had nothing to hide this time – hysterical Democrats like TV show host Jimmy Kimmell and thousands of social media types insisted Robinson was a MAGA aficionado. Evidence that Robinson’s mum had said he had become a radical gay supporter; that Robinson himself admitted that Kirk’s ‘hate’ was the reason he was shot when aggrieved progressives are the only ones to ever rely on the ‘hate’ slur as a defence; that the alleged shooter is in a romantic relationship with his gender transitioning male roommate – none of this evidence could apparently for them shine a light on the indisputable fact that the murder was not a far-right act. Embarrassing.
Is the reason for this deflection that Robinson’s family is Mormon? Perhaps it hasn’t occurred to the Left’s propagandists that it’s perfectly possibly to leave your ethical Christian family for university and become a more or less instant convert to Critical Social Justice and all its intersectional grievances.

Robinson himself appears not to have thought through his actions either if he believed that shooting someone in the head with a Mauser 98 rifle would shut down ideas he did not agree with. It’s not like Charlie Kirk had been parking his ute over Robinson’s driveway, in which case killing him would probably have prevented any irritating reoccurrences.
Kirk’s work had been to rigorously and respectfully invite university students to discuss issues such as, does the US have a sovereign right to control its borders, is the breakdown of the traditional family contributing to youth crime and why do you disagree with the UK Supreme Court’s decision that there are only two biological genders?
Tellingly he was never, ever rude, aggressive or insulting even in the face of stinging and inaccurate vitriol aimed at that most contemptuously regarded modern figure, a male who is a good husband and dad.
Robinson had a perfect Grade Point Average and a university scholarship, but evidently no grasp of recent political history.
How iconic would Martin Luther King’s I have a dream have been if the civil rights’ activist had not been shot at the age of 39 and if King had lived long, opined much and become gradually irrelevant? If JFK had not been assassinated, might he be referenced chiefly at pub quiz nights thus: ‘Who was the American who famously stated, “Ich bin ein Berliner” ?’
When Elvis Presley died an executive of the singer’s RCA record company remarked, ‘Great career move.’
And equally, shooting charismatic young leaders is the fastest way to transform them into martyrs, idols and gods. To make certain that their message stays writ large in cultural discourse.
At the very least the US will be spared the sight of Tyler Robinson as a Democratic senator for Utah kvetching about the nation’s gun laws.

Yes, well said, the tide is turning against the far left and they are now rightfully under the blow torch. Their lies and hypocrisy are just the perfect signs of a gutter rat human being. Their hateful actions drag them even lower again. The left hate facts , truth and reality.
Jacinda ardern is nz's version of the far left lunatic who managed to destroy this country in such a short time and cowardly resigned before we could throw her out. It is therefore perfect that she and those that support her and their actions and going to be held to account. Finally the good people have woken up.
I think it was Newtons law that for every action there comes a far greater reaction. The left are in serious trouble as the good people mobilize against them.
