David Farrar: Radio NZ at it again

So Radio NZ ran a story from Reuters about the terrible hate crime attack in Berlin which saw 1 killed and 29 wounded at a pride festival.

However they removed a key detail from the story. That the attacker was an Islamist. Reuters had this in their story, yet Radio NZ removed it. (see below)

What is more useful context to NZ readers – that the car used was white, or the ideology of the attacker?

The killer in 2025 had tried to join ISIL in Syria. The German courts must be followers of TOP policy because they treated the 21 year old as a juvenile and gave him a suspended sentence. He was released just a few weeks before he ploughed into the pride festival. Maybe it is a bad idea to treat 21 year old terrorists supporters as juveniles!

David Farrar runs Curia Market Research, a specialist opinion polling and research agency, and the popular Kiwiblog where this article was sourced. He previously worked in the Parliament for eight years, serving two National Party Prime Ministers and three Opposition Leaders

David having another go at independent media. We’ll take that over lunatic Fox News infotainment any day thanks mate.

Not independent. Controlled by their own activist beliefs. Facts must be removed to fit a narrative.

RNZ’s alteration materially misrepresents reality in this instance. What else are they amending that we don’t know about? Shame on them. We don’t fund them to tamper with the facts they exist to report on.

Wow - that is just terrible. David - is that worthy of a complaint? This highlights just how far our far left media go to protect their ideological terrorists.

Anon 838 you are talking about Fox News aren’t you?

David if you are upset at the behaviour of a broadcaster, you can take it to the BSA. That’s what they’re there for. Sean Plunkett can tell you how the process works.
