In just ten years they've had Cameron, May, Johnson, Truss, Sunak, Starmer and now, shortly, Burnham.
Who'll probably end up just as loathed and hated as the bloke who went before him.
I don't think this is just a politics thing, and certainly not just a British thing.
We humans are undergoing an evolutionary metamorphosis - into impatient and petulant children.
All of us.
Yesterday researchers reported kids can't watch movies these days because their attention spans are too short. And movies are meant to be fun.
Musical albums are a thing of the past. Even the idea of a sitting and listening to entire song is foreign to some - a few seconds or hooks of a chorus on TikTok passes as easy listening these days.
Forget reading a book.
Is it any wonder the world is chewing through political leaders like there's no tomorrow.
And consuming more content than the world ever has in its history, yet somehow end up dumber than beforehand?
And the irony of AI, the great saviour of the universe, the technological equivalent of Andy Burnham, will save us time. Will give us mor time.

Ryan what are you talking about? His woke far left policies have created absolute chaos and destroyed a once great country. Thats what the left do. Even the massive welfare state turned against him as they wanted more....but there is no more. It's going to get worse before it gets better for them.
The whackos here in this country (labour, greens and tpm) idolize starmer and will try to implement destruction on this country again, just like ardern did during her tenure. The problem all lefties have is that they vote on good teeth and a smile, despite that person being totally incompetent to run a fish and chip shop, let alone a country. They will keep making these mistakes as competence isnt a word in a failures vocabulary.
I think the fifa world cup has made people realise it's ok to be proud of your own country and that being patriotic is not racist. Keir was anti britain. I saw the tartan army online recently, the fabulous Scottish soccer fans, all holding flags and having a blast, so proud to be scottish. They are not apologising for their existance like kier starmer or our politicians do. Everyone is sick of it.
If Burnham installs a new manifesto to gain power, he creates a dangerous precedent for governance. Democracy and protocol are ignored A new UK General Election should be called - he wins or loses this.
Anon @8.05 am... You are quite missing the point of the article. There is clearly a quantum shift in the capacity to THINK. Fine, the left is likely least capable of thinking, the younger they are the less they can... think. Just look at the folk around with phones stuck on their faces, ears plugged into God knows what being beemed ear to ear of craaaap - with subliminal messaging too. Reading, writing, - a thing of the past. All very well talking of AI... AI has got folk turned into zombiees already.... and its not pretty or clever.
