The latest Taxpayers’ Union/Curia poll shows a slump in support for Labour Party and a rise in support for the Coalition Government. It also appears that Christopher Luxon has substantially improved his preferred PM poll ratings.

National is up 2.2 points on last month to 37.6% while Labour drops 3.5 points to 25.9%. The Greens are relatively static on 12.5% (-0.2 points) while ACT drops marginally to 9.1% (-0.6 points). New Zealand First is up 1.7 points to 7.3% while Te Pati Maori is down 0.5 points to 3.5%.
For the minor parties, TOP is on 2.4% (+1.6 points), Outdoors & Freedom is on 1.0% (-0.3 points), and the combined total for all other parties is 0.8%.
Here is how these results would translate to seats in Parliament:
This poll will be pleasing to National and NZ First supporters but not so much for Labour supporters.
Christopher Luxon will also be breathing sigh of relief that he seems to have arrested his poor showing in Preferred PM stakes.

Taxpayers’ Union/Curia Poll
A good poll overall for the centre-right. Let’s hope they build on this to where they need to be to fight the next election.

Watch Luxboi shoot up in the polls if he grew some grapefruits and took an unequivocal stand for one law for all, colourblind government, and individual equality in citizenship.
Is being liked a badge of honor at all.
At least David Seymour produces a reaction.
What is wrong with the people of NZ? What has Luxon done to deserve such an increase and, as for Swarbrick being in third place - heaven help us. Unless some real intelligence prevails, and soon, the country truly is stuffed.
