Here are the headline results for June's Taxpayers’ Union – Curia Poll:
Labour 32.2% ↑0.3
National 30.1% ↑0.1
Green 11.5% ↑1.8
NZ First 11.4% ↓0.3
ACT 7.8% ↑1.3
Te Pāti Māori 3.1% ↓1.0
Other 4.0% ↓2.1
Labour is up 0.3 points to 32.2%, while National is up 0.1 points to 30.1%. The Greens are up 1.8 points to 11.5%, while New Zealand First is down 0.3 points to 11.4%. ACT is up 1.3 points to 7.8%, while Te Pāti Māori is down 1.0 point to 3.1%.
For the minor parties, TOP is on 3.2% (+0.4 points), Vision NZ is on 0.3% (nc), NZ Outdoors and Freedom is on 0.3% (-0.2 points), and New Conservatives are on 0.2% (-0.6 points).
The poll was conducted by Curia Market Research Ltd for the Taxpayers’ Union. It is a random poll of 1,000 adult New Zealanders and is weighted to the overall adult population. It was conducted by phone (landlines and mobile) and online between Thursday 04 June and Monday 08 June 2026, has a maximum margin of error of +/- 3.1% and 4.6% were undecided on the party vote question.........The full poll can be read HERE
