Support for National increased 0.5% to 31%
Support for NZ First was down 0.5% to 10.5%
Support for ACT was down 0.5% to 9.5%.
Support for Labour was down 1% to 25.5%
Support for the Greens increased 1% to 13.5%
Support for Te Pāti Māori increased 0.5% to 3%.
A further 7% (unchanged) of electors supported a minor party outside Parliament. This includes 6.5% (up 0.5%) who support Opportunity and a further 0.5% (down 0.5%) who support other minor parties including the NewZeal, NZ Outdoors & Freedom Party (NZOFP), Vision NZ, Conservative Party NZ, Women’s Right’s Party and the Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party.

A fairly consistent poll with all others barring ACT and Labour. And Labour do not deserve even that.
the opposition bloc is 48.5pc. You forgot to add TOP to which many opposition block voters appear to have migrated. 6.5pc and they are in Parliament. Also do not forget the TPM overhang. And if the survey does not include overseas based voters remember they are heavily opposition.
TOP’s land tax will literally kill some over 65’s due to the stress and worry of trying to find the extra $9000 per year it will cost the average house owning pensioner. They must be stopped.
About the election: The Electoral Commission should be doing blanket advertising now, about the need to enrol before the cut of date.
About National: My feeling is National will just squeak in but with a more demanding NZ First. Luxon will probably retire during the term based on the theory that most CEO types don’t hang around after six years or so. Luxon’s major weakness is a lack of vision and leadership. Also that he treated the PM post as a CEO/Chairman position.

Tops land tax can accrue and be paid when sold. Steady asset grab by those who want forced gradual de privatisation of property. If uou want to avoid it you have to pay the full amount charged annually. Burden for many folk. No lie.
