Danny Simms: Submission to the Inquiry into the Covid Response

There was a fundamental error from the very beginning. The Oxford modelling that New Zealand’s response was based on was found to be seriously flawed within weeks of our Prime Minister frantically declaring that if we didn’t lock down tens of thousands would die. The models were shown to wildly exaggerate the risks, but our government pressed on.

Thus began one of the worst aspects of our response. The deliberate sowing of fear, bordering on panic by the daily breathless reports delivered by the Prime Minister and the Director General of Health.

Their numbers of reported cases were based on the seriously flawed PCR test which was known to have very high numbers of false positive results, so many that the test should never have been used.

This was compounded by thousands of non-symptomatic people driven by the fear thus generated lining up to be tested and multiplying the false infection numbers

Then the television news every night showed screens of fabricated spiky balls floating around, supposedly virus  cells. There was no factual basis for these pictures and even more fear was created.

This fear made the population compliant to draconian measures, never before seen in our country. We were locked down. Small to medium businesses were forced to close. Schools were shut. Our borders were closed. Our citizens were prevented from returning, even for urgent reasons.

Elderly were left to die alone, their loved ones banned from their bedsides

As time progressed ever more draconian measures were imposed. Then our Prime Minister told neighbours and family members to Dob In anyone they saw breaking these rules. Extra staff had to be seconded to the police to handle the workload created by this disgusting measure. This is in line with the methods of the Stazi police in East Germany.

The lock downs caused mental health issues. It created family violence and break down, even suicides.

Then in lock step with these measures proven and effective anti-viral protocols developed overseas by highly skilled clinicians were rejected and banned.

The proven drug Ivermectin, used among other purposes as an antiparasitic world wide was vilified and called a Horse Wormer. In fact it had been used in humans for decades with such efficacy the developer received a Nobel prize for his work.

It was an absolute disgrace that Ivermectin was vilified in this manner. It was a blatant lie and the media were totally complicit in telling this lie as they repeatedly showed it as a horse wormer in their news items. This drug was regarded as a wonder drug in human use. It was only one of a number used by the highly skilled clinicians who developed and used successful treatment protocols

Of all the evil done during the manipulation of the public the rejecting of proven treatment protocols was the worst. People infected with the virus were told to stay home, if breathing became difficult, go to the nearest hospital. No treatment was offered.

And then, when the fear factor had done its job and people were in terror of death, we had THE VACCINE. However, it was by definition, experimental, it had not been sufficiently tested for either efficacy or safety. That process takes years. But that did not stop them.

It was given provisional approval, BUT provisional approval may ONLY be given if there is no alternative treatment available.

NOW we see why the effective treatment protocols were rejected.

Then we were promised choice, no one would be forced to take it. Then our Prime Minister, said with a grin and a nod of her head, Yep we are creating two classes of citizen, the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. The unvaccinated will be blocked from almost everything.

Then the bad stuff really got going. The un-injected were barred from clubs, churches, shops, restaurants public transport, etc and then, by mandate WORK. Now the Stazi lookalikes were in their element.

In December 2019 doctors received a letter from the Ministry of Health - a document setting out in detail how to apply informed consent. Two years later they had another telling them not to do anything to discourage patients from taking the vaccine on pain of de registration.

Informed consent had gone out the window.

Bribes were offered, Pharmacies and doctors’ practices and iwi were well paid to administer the drug, but it didn’t stop there. Vans drove around supermarket parking areas with loud speakers telling people to get the jab and receive $150 grocery vouchers. This was only one of many bribes given to the public.

The NZ Bill Of Rights says plainly and unequivocally no one can be forced to receive either a drug or medical treatment. It demands informed consent.

That fundamental rule was blatantly ignored. The inspiration for the rule came from the Nuremburg trials after the second world war where Nazi’s were tried for war crimes which included forced experimental surgical procedures on prisoners and experimenting on them with often lethal drugs.

Quite rightly the world said: never again.

Never again ban informed consent,

Never again ban effective drugs and treatment protocols in  favour of an untested experimental drug.

Never again ignore existing pandemic protocols that have been proved effective.

Never again lockdown the whole country.

Never again force an unproven and experimental supposed vaccine on the whole population with blatant disregard of the risks

Never again vilify and deregister conscientious doctors, nurses and health professionals  for speaking of their concerns and providing information to their patients to aid them to informed consent.

Never again bribe people to take an unproven treatment.

Never again ban people from shops clubs, churches, restaurants, travel and community life etc because they decline to take a particular drug.

Never again mandate people from their careers and jobs because they apply informed consent to decline a treatment.

Never again hide from the population deaths and illness caused by the widespread forced application of an experimental drug.

Never again allow those responsible to escape being held accountable.
