You see it because: Luxon is deceitful; Luxon is not in control; Luxon is a closet part-Maori; any combination of aforesaid options
It is truly "mumbo jumbo" to confuse most New Zealanders and or tourists visiting NZ.
I referenced my reputable Maori dictionary and found POU in various instructions as ; a post , pole, stake, support, teacher ,expert, a form of karakia, Norway rat, plunge in, fix, render immovable, fasten to a stake , elevate on poles, make a hole with a stake, establish a place, appoint, fix knowledge, direct , guide, pour out , a form of address to an aged person, father -in- law , mother-in-law, consumed , a tree.
It is perfectly fine to gabble or correspond unintelligently at home , however in a public space, hospital or medical situation it is unacceptable .

This ad sounds like the usual neo-Marxist, critical theory, Commie drivel. Your boss will put you up against the wall for an ideology shakedown, and the rest of your "team" will shout you down if you "mis-speak".

Thank goodness I resigned from that organisation when it was MNZIE -- was it a premonition ? I presume that is now called Engineering New Zealand, in which case they have had a major structural failure in allowing such nonsense to proliferate. What would those Engineers John Hollings, Alex Stirrat, Robin Shepherd et al think of this current phobia for DEI, I wonder, or should it be IED
