Please note: the He Puapua strategy shifts up a gear. It is now operating on 2 levels - bottom-up and top-down:

1.the daily grind labour market ( as per this podcast's example of a hospital job post description).

2. NZ diplomacy: e.g. the NZ/India FTA
Insertion of UNDRIP principles into the text - once embedded in legislation , UNDRIP's requirements are NZ law.

An ethnocracy already exists.

This ongoing racist bigotry has flourished under Luxon as he preserves most of Ardern’s damaging policies. He personally led the charge to destroy David Seymour’s Treaty of Waitangi Bill that sought to enshrine in law the concept that all New Zealanders have the same rights and duties, and ensure that the government and Parliament have the power to govern in the best interests of everyone. I predict Luxon’s treachery will catch up to him at this upcoming election.

You seem surprised, Michael. If those that work in the same sphere of activity (let alone elsewhere in our public services) have already been indoctrinated similarly, (eg. nurses, pharmacists, psychologists and likely others?), the poor Sterile Services Tech won't be able to relate nor 'work as a team' with their industry colleagues and, therefore, won't be able to ensure and maintain those equity of outcomes for MAORI. Never mind the likes of BORA nor equity for all, when it comes to all things 'Maori' the sky's the limit and any amount of this self race-identifying and dividing policy is purportedly 'all good'.
Except, the vast majority of us know that it isn't, yet we, out of fear, indolence, apathy - whatever, permit it to continue.
When will it get through to our PM and MSM
that, it's no longer "the economy, stupid."
And while on a medical theme (albeit another self-identifier), Dr Suess summed it well with his "The Sneetches". And have no doubt, while this nonsense is all significantly impacting our economy, it will eventually tear us asunder - unless it's sorted once and for all.
On that, only a fool would expect anyone on the 'left' to sort it and certainly, despite what they might say, the duplicitous PM and Winston don't have the will to do so.

Personally I would much prefer some meticulous German, accustomed to rule abeyance, managing the sterility of the tubes and things stuck into me at hospital. Not some easy going maori who, in order to pass the job interview, must almost of necessity possess a pathological hatred of industrious and successful pakeha. I have often observed maori sharing drinks, "cigarettes" etc part of the culture but not that of others who would not be preferred for the job. Hopefully any candidate will have shaken off this aspect of their culture. Are these adverts approved at some very junior level? With so much publicity of similar, surely senior management should be alert and their authority required. Or are they themselves so indoctrinated to be totally insensitive? As such adverts are little covered by the msm and certainly not by RNZ possibly all remain ignorant. (Perhaps Julian Wilcox could address with an interview of the senior manager, in English.) Surely there is scope for prosecution here. I recall years ago a garage owner was prosecuted because he advertised for a Christian mechanic to fit in with the existing team...! He should have just stated a knowledge of the Church interpretation of the New Testament as a requirement.

What is the race relations commissioner doing??? Surely this is against human rights????

Simply disgraceful !!!!!

Come on Dr. Melissa Derby, do what we pay you to do !!!!!!!

The requirements for that job are simply breathtaking in its racism. They do not want anyone who is not fully signed up to this cultist bigotry.

Obviously, whoever wrote this insane advertisement and whoever authorised it, cannot see the absurdity that it is.

They don't want a person whose best for that job, they want an unquestioning apostle who follows their brand of political ideology. And it looks to exclude anyone who is not Maori.

It's North Korean in its warped unwavering political adherence mixed with Ku Klux Klan in it's racial ideology.

Where is the current government on this?

These adverts are sanctioned by the top bosses and happily implemented by the coal face workers who are all indoctrinated.
Let's have some action to stop this idiocy.

We should now be at the stage of correcting this division and discrimination rather than just pointing it out to like-minded people.
I think we need to realise that the only way the ship will be turned around is through our votes. This might not necessarily mean aligning with a particular party, but rather electing principled people. This will be a long process, not necessarily fixed in one election cycle.

Just had a chat with a physiotherapist at Nelson Hospital. She states that maori and only maori get special calls to remind them of upcoming doctor's appointments. Apparently maori, (as opposed to other "races") are generally very slack /lazy at showing up on time which has cause a lot of wasted time at the hospital. The usual bullshit about "systemic racism and poor maori victim-hood/colonial trauma is used to excuse this behaviour and the Triti obligation to fix the problem.

Recently I watched a senior nurse ( European) make a speech to her entire family - non of whom has a single drop of Maori blood.
They were addressed as her " whanau ".
Then into the hairy mai, tin of cocoa rubbish for a couple of paragraphs.
That's what many years in our Health Dept have done - totally indoctrinated her to the point where she can not intelligently speak English to her own family.

When are National going to establish re-education camps attempting to eradicate this ?

I shudder to think about those workers in Wellington who have to participate in karakia, poi dancing, hakas and the permanent destruction of reasonable and rational values.

Race relations commissioner noticeably quiet. Let's put it to the test....reverse the narrative, let's see how racist the race relations commissioner really is.

I will take a guess and suggest the job description was written by a "pakeha" and will attract applications primarily from "pakeha"
Our race relations person is probably too woke to do anything about this.
Probably terrified of cancellation as well.

What a sad, sad place we have become.

What happens to the non Maori patients who complain about being treated as second class citizens, as they watch Maori getting preferential treatment? Will they be punished and corrected by perhaps not be given drinks for hydration or have their wounds not washed properly ,or given cold food ? If any family member goes to hospital for heavens sake ask for a chair so you can stay with them. If their line falls out ,or they need a bed pan , or the light turned down they may not get it .Hospital ward staff are overworked and your loved one may just not get what they need because the staff are so preoccupied with the special others who may be only some tiny fraction Maori.

To Anons 5.56 and 10.42. This is far reaching - in time, society as a whole ( not just the work place) is targeted for "Maori superiority". Minister Mahuta's 2018 Maihi Karauna language policy has been embedded to underpin this ( see Liz Rata https://breakingviewsnz.blogspot.com/2026/06/professor-elizabeth-rata-new-zealands.html).
By 2040 , 2nd tier treatment will apply to all areas: health, education, welfare, housing - as well as the workplace. As nothing is done to change this and no one protests, this strategy can only advance.

Any who have yet to discover The Platform and Laws in particualr are recommended to chase up his recent interview with Elizabeth Rata. A model of (European) reason, civility, and graciousness

Maybe it's just a matter of interpretation and perhaps something that needs to be said, but by an indirect inference?
Māori are "the most important patients" could easily be defined as "they are most likely to have poorer health".
And it could be thought of as "medical profiling"?
They are likely to have poor health via their poor lifestyle choices?
My only question would be, how would this type of profiling be considered in other settings?
The job market? government welfare? schooling and education?
This is the society we have created.

Many years ago, admittedly, but long before the time of all this (generally created by plastic tiki wearing, academic non maori effwits) racial bullshit, I spent a year living in a majority maori community, as very much in a 'pakeha' minority.
Very good times.
No problem. We were all in the same boat.
If you didn't like what somebody said/did, you just politely told them to f*ck off.
It worked just fine, at least in those days.
More recently, I went back to the areas I used to frequent daily, was met by a group of angry locals - I was told to 'f*ck off', in a totally different tone.
No respect. All gone,
Exit stage left, never to return.
I sincerely believe that this 'racism' has been created, and this 'warrior' mentality, one of the downsides.
Very mediocre, incompetent (typically, younger?) people, have been brainwashed to truly believe they are special and superior.
In some cases, yes, generally no.
So I have learned that racial prejudice is not just a 'white coloniser' thing, as widely promoted by the plastic tiki, generally wgtn based, non maori brigade.
It is human nature to favour and protect 'your own'.
Send these academic little darlings out to live in a maori community in the heart of the Ureweras for a year, and see how long they and their theories last.
And lets not start on what currently, legally qualifies you to call yourself 'maori'.
Thank you to yet another academic wrecking ball, ex pm Palmer
The biggest, needlessly created millstone around the neck of our great little country imho.
Ameni

Note some light editing, ihcporo....... I won't be making a habit of this!

Janine, you thought ‘electing principled people’ might turn the ship around. Sadly there is no hope of that. Political parties are the ones who select the candidates for election. And look where we are!

Apologies moderator - I'm old school, really, but my wife watches Mrs Brown's Boys on peak time tv quite often, and the f word falleth like the rain from the heavens.
Not classy in my view, but I'm just a silly old f*rt, living in the past, it would seem.
I will use more moderation in future.
