Clive Bibby: Is reparation enough or is there another way
Labels: Clive Bibby, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, Race relationsI find it hard to work out what is fair compensation for misdeeds suffered by Maori at the hands of my ancestors.
Given that New Zealand appears to be the only country in the world taking its colonial history seriously enough that something more than an apology is offered to those whose tribal land was confiscated by the state, some would say that the Waitangi Tribunal process provides adequate access to justice.

Chris Trotter: Make or Break
Labels: Act Party, Chris Trotter, He Puapua, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, National PartyHe Puapua threatens to do to New Zealand’s Right what Rogernomics did to its Left.
IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS the New Zealand Right will face a battle for its very survival. If the combined votes of Labour and the Greens add up to a parliamentary majority in 2023, then the rules of the political game will be changed fundamentally. Capitalism as we have known it, along with our liberal-democratic political system, will be changed profoundly.
The re-foundation of New Zealand (a name which the new Labour-Green government will likely consign to the dustbin of history) will make it virtually impossible for the traditional Right to stage a comeback – at least democratically. Why? Because there will be literally nowhere for the force of a right-wing majority to be brought to bear. The restoration of the status quo ante will, constitutionally, cease to be an option.

David Lillis: Education is in Big Trouble
Labels: Curriculum review, Dr David Lillis, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, Politicisation of EducationThe Current Refresh of our National Secondary CurriculumBy now most of New Zealand’s public is aware of co-governance, Three Waters and efforts to normalize the Treaty of Waitangi as central to much of New Zealand life and society. In this multi-cultural nation that we have become, it is critical that we respect Māori, and value the good things that Matauranga Māori has achieved for Māori over centuries, but stand firmly against any movement that attempts to place one ethnic or cultural group above others. Our entire society cannot, and should not, be re-configured to enforce the world view of one small, self-identifying minority. Nor should we give ourselves over to the notion that traditional knowledge is somehow the equal of modern science.
How many of the general public are aware of what is happening in education right now? We should be deeply concerned about the refresh of the national curriculum currently in progress within the Ministry of Education and related organizations. The proposed new curriculum is referred to as Te Mātaiaho: A draft Te Tiriti-Honouring and Inclusive Curriculum Framework. We are told that Mātauranga Māori will sit at the heart of the learning areas and that key competencies, literacy and numeracy, will be woven explicitly into each learning area. (Ministry of Education, 2022a)
The New Zealand Curriculum is being refreshed in a phased approach over the next four years so that it honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and is inclusive, clear, and easy to use. Ministry of Education (2022b)

David Lillis: Our Prioritised Health System and Pacific People
Labels: Dr David Lillis, Health disparity, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, Pacific Islanders, Segregated Health SystemIn this article we make the case for our Pacific populations being our most deprived and vulnerable demographic in health and wellbeing. We suggest that resourcing the health and wellbeing of New Zealanders should be predicated, not on the basis of ethnicity, but instead on the basis of need.
Findings of the BULA
SAUTU Report
In 2021 we
saw the publication of a landmark study from the Health Quality & Safety
Commission - BULA SAUTU A window on
quality 2021: Pacific health in the year of COVID-19. He mata kounga 2021:
Hauora Pasifika i te tau COVID-19.
Drawing on various prior studies and censuses, this report (Health Quality & Safety Commission, 2021) summarises a very significant study of the health and wellbeing of Pacific people in New Zealand. The study served to confirm what was already well known within the Pacific community and to health professionals across the country. The report demonstrates that various socioeconomic issues experienced by Pacific people provide impediments to good health. It suggests that New Zealand’s health system is fragmented and that current models of care are not working properly for Pacific people, often are hard to access for Pacific people, and that critical shortages exist within the Pacific health workforce.

The rollout of the Government’s He Puapua plan to establish Maori sovereignty by 2040 is proceeding at breath taking speed. We are living in revolutionary times. It is a coup, by a small number of iwi elite who have their hands on the levers of power thanks to our Prime Minister’s willingness to sacrifice New Zealand democracy for totalitarian tribal rule.
Virtually every facet of our society is now subjected to their influence with their latest ‘conquest’, the legal system.

NZCPR Newsletter: Message to the PM
Labels: Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, local body elections, Maori Ward Debate, NZCPR NewsletterThe local elections sent the Prime Minister and her Labour Party a message: “We don’t want you anymore”.
The resounding defeat of the two Labour mayoral contenders she had publicly backed – Efeso Collins in Auckland and sitting MP Paul Eagle in Wellington – demonstrated only too clearly how the PM’s endorsement has turned into a ‘kiss of death’ for candidates.
This ‘swing to the right’ across the country is bad news for the Labour Party’s 2023 election chances. The results mirrored what the polls have been saying for some time now – that the electorate has fallen out of love with Jacinda Ardern. They are now treating her with the contempt she deserves. Not only has she undermined democracy by inflicting her unmandated tribal rule agenda onto the country, but ‘trust’ in her Government has evaporated as almost everything she touches turns into failure.

Clive Bibby: Having it both ways
Labels: Clive Bibby, Culture Wars, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, Kelvin DavisLabour Party Deputy Leader, Kelvin Davis’s recent patronising and gratuitous insult of Maori Act MP Karen Chhour epitomises the current lopsided state endorsed race relations in this country. Not only was the insult begrudgingly withdrawn after the public outrage became too hot for the PM - it will clearly remain as a useful political tactic used by the Government and its sycophantic supporters at every opportunity leading up to the election campaign next year. But the people at the receiving end are unlikely to be his Maori brethren.
It is ironic that Davis was emboldened by the widespread use of a similar “low blow” form of intimidation, denigrating “pale, stale, males “ by the MSM, although, in this case, he made the wrong choice of targets.

Where academics take 10,000 words or 20 minutes to explain that Maori did not cede sovereignty apropos article 3, as they strive to create awareness in the minds of the masses, be very afraid of the Fabián philosophy which permeates not only our parliament but also the higher levels of state bureaucracies (through systematic infiltration over at least the past 45 years as I look back and reflect on events). These examples of daily insults to the massive majority of New Zealanders is a far more effective clarion.

Graham Adams: Richard Prebble using the C-word is a step change.
Labels: Graham Adams, He Puapua, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, Three Waters coupA year ago the mainstream media was busily reassuring its audiences that the revolutionary document He Puapua being waved about in Parliament by David Seymour was merely blue-sky thinking by a working group that could be safely disregarded because it was not government policy.
Things have changed dramatically since then. Last week, the New Zealand Herald published a column by former Labour Cabinet minister and Act leader Richard Prebble that described the push for co-governance with Maori — particularly in Three Waters — as a “coup”.
What was remarkable was not only the Herald’s willingness to publish such an inflammatory article but it used the C-word in its heading online: “Richard Prebble: Three Waters is a coup — an attack on democracy.”

NZCPR Newsletter: Time to Oppose Three Waters
Labels: Dr Muriel Newman, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, NZCPR Newsletter, Three Waters, Water Services Entities BillBut first things first.
The Water Services Entities Bill has now had its first reading in Parliament and is open for submissions. The Bill creates the four regional mega-entities that will take over freshwater, stormwater, and wastewater services appropriated from local councils.
We are encouraging everyone opposed to Three Waters to send in a submission by the 22nd of July – full details can be found HERE. A big turnout against the Bill would test the resolve of Labour MPs and send an important signal that they ignore the wishes of the community at their peril.

Clive Bibby: You can’t fool all of the people all of the time
Labels: Clive Bibby, Democracy under attack, He Puapua, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist GovernmentArguably the most famous quote of the French essayist, Joseph Joubert, and certainly the one most relevant to the failing democratic system here in New Zealand is an appropriate introduction to this week’s column.
“It is better to debate a question without settling it than to settle a question without debate.”
I am amazed that none of this intellectual giant’s writings
were published under his own name but thankfully someone recognised their value
and took it on themselves to do so.
Most Kiwis who are alarmed at the erosion of our freedoms
under the Ardern regime will be wondering if we will ever return to a time when
governments ignored the wishes of the people at their peril.
Clearly, most of the legislation introduced without consultation i.e. that which is based on the He Puapua report, is more than anything else, likely to be the reason for this Government's downfall at the next election.

Hugh Perrett: The Government Must be Stopped!
Labels: apartheid, Hugh Perrett, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, Stop the Government!, Three WatersThe Government’s activist-driven drive towards separatism and a Maori dominated neo-apartheid political structure must be stopped right now.
I
am quite sure that if they had disclosed their intentions, they would NOT have
been elected into office. The fact is that this Government has been totally
captured by the Maori activists in its caucus, whose sole interest is clearly
Maori “rule” and wealth-generation through effective legally-entitled control/“ownership“
of New Zealand’s wealth generating resources and natural assets.
This of course would mean the end of our democratic system and democracy in favour of a Maori-dominated neo-apartheid governance structure — and structurally, there is nothing more a direct antithesis of democracy than the autocratic structure characteristic of typical tribal organisations and authority structures, wherever they are.

Henry Armstrong: The UNDRIP Declaration Plan
Labels: Henry Armstrong ESQ, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, UNDRIP, United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous PeoplesThe Ardern government is currently working on a plan, in conjunction with The Ministry of Maori Development (Te Puni Kokiri), the Iwi Chairs Forum, and the (discredited, politicised, and biased) Human Rights Commission, to give effect to the UN Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples – UNDRIP- in New Zealand.
The general New Zealand public will not be allowed to know about the content of this Declaration Plan until it has been finalised by, and only for, Maori, who claim to be indigenous to New Zealand, having migrated here, periodically, and variously, from Eastern Polynesia, around 1300 AD.
In a pre-Anzac weekend document release, Maori Development Minister Jackson provided a very brief statement on how the Declaration Plan is to be worked through - but only with Maori and the discredited Human Rights Commission - with absolutely no general public input whatsoever.
Ardern has promised “consultation” sometime after the Plan is released in June.

Given that New Zealand appears to be the only country in the world taking its colonial history seriously enough that something more than an apology is offered to those whose tribal land was confiscated by the state, some would say that the Waitangi Tribunal process provides adequate access to justice.
Others, particularly the more radical elements of tribal leadership, want more - even on top of the “full and final” agreements entered into in “good faith” by both negotiating parties. And apparently, they are legally entitled to expect bonus payments as part of their specific deals. Is that fair?
What does this mean for the settlement process and its continuing influence on future race relations in this country?

Henry Armstrong: Ardern’s Undrip Plan – The Co-Government “Softening Up” Process Begins
Labels: He Puapua, Henry Armstrong ESQ, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous PeoplesA pre-Anzac weekend statement by Maori Development Minister Jackson (21 April 2022) refers to an “indigenous rights plan”, which is being worked upon by Maori-but is not to be released for public consultation until at least June.
In a carefully-crafted press release, Jackson selectively releases “feedback from the first phase of targeted engagement with Maori on developing a plan to implement UNDRIP”. Note the lack of engagement with anybody else?

Henry Armstrong: Ardern’s Co-Governance Strategy Revealed!
Labels: Co-governace, He Puapua, Henry Armstrong ESQ, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist GovernmentSo now we know! “Co-governance has been around and with us and utilised in New Zealand for a number of years and by and large has worked very successfully for us” - a quote from Prime Minister Ardern in 1 News, 24th March 2022 (Maiki Sherman).
Then on 25th March 2022 we have Mathew Tukaki of the
National Maori Authority (NB: Not the New Zealand Maori Council) viciously attacking
ACT Party leader David Seymour for DARING to raise the prospect of a
referendum on the issue of co-governance, since full co-governance [equal
political power sharing between iwi/Maori (16% of New Zealanders) and all other
ethnicities (84%)] is the 2040 end goal of the secret He Puapua Report -which
non-Maori are forbidden to discuss.
Since when has a call for a national referendum on such an important constitutional change as that proposed in the co-governance model being promoted by the Ardern government, warranted the claim by Tukaki (whoever he might be?) that a referendum represents “a dog-whistle to racists”? Silly me, again! I thought a referendum gave the people a chance to indicate their support or otherwise for an important issue. Oh dear, silly old me!

Henry Armstrong: Stop This Disgraceful Three Waters Confiscation, Ardern!
Labels: Henry Armstrong, Jacinda Ardern's Separatist Government, Three WatersRecent comments in various media throughout New Zealand regarding Three Waters demonstrate the utter stupidity and gross political interference in local affairs by the neo-Marxist Ardern government in its planned seizure of all of New Zealand’s water resources.
The Three Waters Reforms forcibly removes from District and City Councils, billions of dollars' worth of assets which comprise all of New Zealand’s drinking, waste, and storm water systems.
Most Councils use these assets to borrow against to fund other high-cost projects such as roading, waste disposal and other public services. These assets do not belong to central government, having literally been paid for by generations of New Zealand ratepayers.
So why is the neo-Marxist Ardern government acting in such a belligerent, non-democratic and illegal manner and what are the implications for ordinary New Zealanders?
