It kind of suits him, gives him a certain "je ne sais quoi"
Sam's got a long way to go before he's at the same level as Mallard.
Maybe Trev could mentor him before he leaves. Little things like sprinklers, loud awful music, threatening staff - all the basic but essential bullying techniques.
